Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons shallots diced
  • 3 cloves garlic diced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1 teapoon old bay
  • 1 teapoon mustard dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 16 ounces canned crab
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Melt butter in skillet. 

  3. Saute shallots and garlic until translucent and fragrant. 

  4. In mixing bowl, combine cooked shallots and garlic with remaining ingredients. Mix well to combine.

  5. Transfer to an oven safe baking dish.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and top is golden brown.
