Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9x13 oven safe baking dish.
Melt butter on stove top or in microwave.
In large mixing bowl, add butter to cocoa powder. Then add coffee and stir.
Add sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla and salt. Stir to combine.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour into prepared baking dish and smooth out the top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Test with a tooth pick before removing from the oven. If the tooth pick comes out clean, then the brownies are fully baked.
Cool for 20-25 minutes before cutting into squares.
