  • 1 box fettuccine
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 cloves garlic finely diced
  • 1/3 cup white cooking wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup parmesan
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Cook pasta according to directions on package.

  2. Melt butter in a skillet. Add garlic and saute for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.


  3. Add wine and stir until the liquid is reduced to about half. 

  4. Add heavy cream and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently. 

  5. Add Cajun seasoning and mix to combine. 

  6. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.

  7. Add pasta to sauce and gently fold in peas.

  8. Serve with extra parmesan cheese.
