Balsamic Glazed Roasted Pears

Ingredients
  • 3 pears halved
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4-5 sprigs rosemary
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Arrange pears with cut side up in oven safe dish or cast iron skillet.

  3. Mix balsamic vinegar and honey in a small bowl until combined. Then pour mixture over fruit. 

  4. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

  5. Slice butter into 6 even pieces and place on top. Arrange rosemary around them. 

  6. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip them over and continue baking for additional 5 minutes. 

  7. Serve with honey and fresh rosemary.
